Iowa Farm Aid
Farmers in Iowa and other midwestern states have been devastated by recent flooding.

In light of this vast disaster, an emerging Iowa based coalition has partnered with Farm Aid to develop an emergency fund specifically for small and independent farmers.

elcome to Edible BUFFALO ~ Western New York’s new quarterly print magazine solely dedicated to showcasing and promoting our local food shed. We will focus on where our local food is grown and produced, along with featuring our many food artisans and chefs, farmers’ markets and food shops and the restaurants and cafes that dot the landscape of the region.

We’ll discover and savor the unique food, wine and all things edible in the eight counties – Niagara, Erie, Orleans, Wyoming, Genesee, Allegany, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua. With its rich agricultural history and diverse landscape of restaurants, markets and cafes, Edible BUFFALO will capture the essence of eating in Western New York.

Published each season, Edible BUFFALO’s mission is to celebrate and promote the culinary heritage of Western New York. Our magazine is filled with engaging articles and distinctive photography telling the stories of those that inspire consumers to “eat and enjoy local food”. Free to our readers, Edible Buffalo will be available through our advertisers and at select restaurants, grocers, farmers’ markets and retailers.
